Future Prospects:

After 2 years successful performance as Assistant manager they will be promoted as Manager.

Refund of MBA tuition fee:

1. Every month company will deduct Rs. 2000 as loyalty fund during the training period of 2 years and next 2 years service as Assistant Manager.

2. Rs. 48000/- (Rupees Forty Eight Thousands only) will be refunded from this loyalty fund, if and when they leave the company after 2 years successful performance as Assistant Manager, with three months notice. Loyalty fund will be paid (after deducting all dues, if any), only after 1 month of separating from the company and it will be paid from head office at Mumbai after ascertaining that they have handed over all company properties including intellectual properties like databases etc.
 

Remarks: 

A) Company has discussed with Bank of Baroda, State Bank of India, Bank of India, Allahabad Bank, Corporation Bank etc. to give educational loan to its employees for doing MBA. Our employees, subject to bank rules, can get 100% loan for MBA at 10.5% to 12% interest with out any security or guarantee. The loan has to be paid back with in 7 years. B) Before starting the training, Management Trainee has to execute a notarized bond that they would not leave the 2 years training before completion. The security deposit of the Bond is Rs.48,000/- or surrender of all original certificates like 1) Xth standard 2) XIIth standard 3) Graduation 4) All experience certificates. After completion of 24 months of training, depending on the vacancies, Management Trainee will be appointed as Assistant Manager.
